What is Feng Shui
Feng Shui (pronounced ‘fong shway’) is a Chinese philosophy about harmonious relationship with the earth’s environment and it’s energy lines. This ancient mystical practice is based on the laws of nature.
Its theories allow us to understand why certain things occur and how by influencing the natural energy (called chi) we can attract good health, wealth, loving relationships, exam success, improve career prospects, reduce stress and create harmony and success to name but a few. The same energy, if blocked, can cause disease, disharmony and disruption.
Who uses Feng Shui?
Feng Shui is used by millions of people all over the world in both homes and businesses. Many celebrities and successful businesses, such as, Virgin Airways, Microsoft, House of Fraser, Harvey Nichols and Midlands Bank use the Feng Shui guidelines to improve their business success.
Guidelines for Feng Shui
You do not need to believe in Feng Shui for it to work. Many of its guidelines are pragmatic and make sound common sense and do not require huge sums of money to implement.
Feng Shui guidelines can be used to enhance any area of your personal or professional life, for example, if money is what you want, there are specific corners of your home that you can activate by using enhancers such as lighting, green plants and water. By energizing the parts of your home that represent wealth, the prospect of increasing your income will be considerably improved. Likewise it is also possible to enhance your career opportunities, attract the partner of your dreams, enhance existing relationships, and assist your children in their studies or just to create a harmonious living environment for yourself and your family.
