Tesco Credit Card researchers state that 20% of women have never purchased an anniversary present for the boyfriend or husband, compared to only 10% of men.
Nonetheless, the survey has found that most couples enjoy giving presents. 80% have bought a wedding anniversary present, often on credit .
The top purchases for presents on credit card are holidays and jewellery.
