You will be enraptured by its windy boulevards, fabulous monuments, and internationally renowned works of art. In terms of cuisine, you cannot beat the Parisian range of chocolate, cheese and wine.

Ensure that you climb to the top of the Eiffel Tower at sunset, stroll along the Seine and remember to visit the 'I Love You' wall at Place des Abbesses which has that phrase scribbled all over it in languages from all across the world.

Paris is hostess to numerous museums, with a museum for every taste. You will see some the greatest works of art to be known to be created. Paris is also the European capital for gardens, parks and woods.

Moreover, there are thirty five bridges that make up the heart of Paris, along with its monuments. You will also find its range of squares : Place de la Bastille, Place de la Concorde and Place des Vosges, with their neverending sightseeing opportunities.

When to Go

Paris it is said is best during the spring, yet rather rainy. Paris plays host to countless cultural events in the winter. On the other hand, Parisian summers are hot and lazy. In August, Parisians head for France's beaches to the west and south, with numerous restauranteurs doing exactly the same. Paris is exceptionally busy around the time of Bastille Day and also towards the end of the year. Therefore, it is an excellent idea to make reservations.
